The production of all single wood Traditional Balsamic Vinegar is the same, however, due to the fact that different types of wood are used for each one, the taste is completely different.

The Acetaia del Cristo (located in Modena, Italy) is a small farm that has been existing for over 100 years now, and it is one of the best producers in the world of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. Their ancient values and traditions have been handed down over generations and all grapes that are used for the production are biologically grown on their farm. The Acetaia del Cristo specializes in the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar PDO (PROTECTED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN) and single wood Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, which is unique.

This delicious vinegar is obtained after over 25 years of ageing in Cherry barrels. which can easily be up to 200 years old. It has a viscous texture, a fruity aroma and a special sweet note.
