THE SOURDOUGH IS A COMPOUND OBTAINED FROM THE NATURAL FERMENTATION OF FLOUR AND WATER IN THE PRESENCE OF VARIOUS MICRO-ORGANISMS WHICH, BY THE PROCESS OF FERMENTATION, CAUSE THE DOUGH TO "RISE". THE SOURDOUGH PROCESS GIVES THE PRODUCT MORE QUALITIES; FRAGRANCE, TASTE AND SCENT ARE MAINTAINED FOR A LONGER TIME AND THE PRODUCT ALSO ACQUIRES A NATURAL SOFTNESS, WHICH MAKES IT MORE DIGESTIBLE.

Wheat flour, gianduia  cream 20 % (water, sucrose, glucose syrup, sunflower oil, hazelnut paste, ethyl alcohol, powdered skimmed milk, coco, modified corn starch, gelling agent: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavors), sugar, butter (milk), eggs, egg yolk, icing (sugar, coconut, oil, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), inverted sugar syrup, sourdough, protein, natural flavors, preservative: sorbic acid.
