Lemon Penne from Pastificio del Colle

These Lemon “Penne” (a very classical shape of Italian Pasta) have an intensive taste of lemon and a beautiful yellow color.

We recommend to simply drizzle some Extra Virgin Olive Oil on them, then add some melted cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves, Also great with white fish or seasonal with mushrooms in a creamy sauce.

Please do not overcook (best between 6 - 9 minutes).

Ingredients: Durum wheat (60%), water (32%), turmeric (1%) and lemon aroma(1%)
