This handcrafted "Farfallina" Pasta, which means butterfly, is one of the the most classic shapes of Italian pasta. The beautiful, completely natural colors are a real eye catcher and we recommend to just use some of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil or even the infused “Armonia” Extra Virgin Olive Oil, melted cherry tomatoes and fresh basil with it.

The high quality of durum wheat guarantees a highly reduced amount of gluten which makes Pastificio del Colle's Pasta much easier to digest compared to regular, store bought pasta.

Please do not overcook (best between 6 - 9 minutes).

We purchased this delicious colourful pasta from Dan at Lakes Park Farmers Market. Dan was so interesting and informative in telling us how this is specially handmade in Italy....and when we tried it at home it was delicious! Thank you!

Fantastic and Fun pasta!

As a person with gluten sensitivity I very much enjoyed this pasta made in Italy with Italian flour and not processed in the same way it is in the US. The taste is excellent! Pasta was rich in flavor yet light and refreshing. Perfectly paired with seafood, chicken, or in a vegetable pasta. The colors are vibrant and the fun shapes made sure there were no leftovers at our table. Definitely will buy again!

Kids loved it!
