This amazing Balsamic Vinegar PGI has a viscous texture and a sweet and full body taste as it aged in oak barrels for 7 years. All Lambrusco grapes that are used for the production are grown on the farm of the producer and are carefully selected by the owner, Guido Paltrinieri, to ensure an outstanding quality. 

It is a perfect combination for red meat, desserts and seafood.

A little goes a long way: Only a few drops are sufficient to refine a dish. All Balsamic Vinegar are therefore very economical in use!
