Gold PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with cooked Lambrusco from Sorbara grape must and wine vinegar.

A careful selection Lambrusco grapes cultivated on the farm of the producer determines the taste of this classic Aceto Balsamico PGI which matured in oak barrels for 7 years. It has a sweet and full body taste, perfect for red meat, sweet, seafood.

A little goes a long way: Only a few drops are sufficient to refine a dish. All Aceto Balsamico are therefore very economical in use! Ingredients: Cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains sulfites.
