Obtained from a perfect balance of different olives, including Leccino, Colombaia, Frantoio and Taggiasca, it combines the genuineness of the organic with the low acidity of the selected blend of olives . Perfect on raw dishes and also suitable for the ‘haute cuisine” which leads to the fact that it is used by many Michelin Star Chefs all over Italy.
