White Condiment Etichetta Verde is made with white grapes coming from the Emilia Romagna vineyards. Its flavor is sweet, delicate, and balanced taste with a pleasant acidity degree of 4.5 % with a perfume which is distinctive, intense, and delicate. Pleasantly acetic with woody notes.
Suitable for all those who like the taste of Balsamic Vinegar but also want to keep the natural colors of vegetables or other dishes intact. A perfect final touch
for dressing salads or enriching white meat as well as fish. Ideal for preparing delicious dips.
A little goes a long way: Only a few drops are enough to refine a dish or salad dressing. All Aceto Balsamico are therefore very economical in use!
