The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Plantinum, aged for 10 years in oak and cherry barrels. The grapes come from the vineyards in the Modena area, between the Panaro and Secchia rivers. It has a rich and mellow texture.
Its nobility can conquer and rouse the imagination of the Chef creating an intimate
complicity. It is an excellent and versatile companion of the table as it can enhance the tastes of every dish: cheese or meat, appetizer or fruit, vegetables or dessert. It wonderfully meets every cuisine culture.
