Balsamic Vinegar PGI aged for 3 years from Modena/Italy

Balsamic Vinegar PGI from Acetaia Paltrinieri

The Acetaia Paltrinieri has been producing Balsamic Vinegar ("Aceto Balsamico" in Italian) for 5 generations now, and belongs to one of the best producers in the world.

A careful selection of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes cultivated on the farm of the producer determines the taste of this classic Balsamic Vinegar PGI which aged in oak barrels for 3 years.

It has a sweet taste, coupled with a mild acidity, and is a perfect dressing for salads and raw vegetables.

A little goes a long way: Only a few drops are sufficient to refine a dish or salad dressing. All Balsamic Vinegar are therefore very economical in use!

Home Run Balsamic

Until I tasted this particular balsamic and several other even better balsamic vinegars from this provider, and learned the the secrets of real balsamic compared to what I call "industrial balsamic", I did not know what real balsamic vinegar was supposed to taste like. I bought a dozen bottles for everyday use and give to friends; and then pitched 7 balsamic vinegars in my cupboard that were no longer acceptable or tasted good to me. This is the real deal, and value priced for the very fine quality it is. .

Best balsamic Vinegar I've ever tasted! I have used this for everything! It makes the best pastas and wonderful vinaigrette dressings

This balsamic is a great all rounder. Perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
