This exclusive Aceto Balsamico PDO is, in contrast to the "single wood" Aceto Balsamico alternately aged in oak, mulberry, juniper, cherry and chestnut wood barrels. It is available in a maturity of guaranteed at least 25 years. It fits to side dishes, meat, deep fried, grilled and grilled meats, vegetables, ripened and soft cheese varieties, pasta dishes, raw vegetables, stews, game. Ideal to refine almost every dish.

Aceto Balsamico is also called "medicine" in the region of Modena, since this natural product is supposed to have a positive effect on the mind and body and is often consumed pure, directly from a spoon.
