A completely natural Balsamic cream made of cooked grape juice only that aged in oak barrels for 18 months. 0,5% carob is added to give it a thick texture. This is probably the only Balsamci Glaze you will find that contains completely natural products.
Great to flavor and to decorate meat, fish, cheese, risotto, insalata caprese... It can also be used for salad dressing and is a special topping for fruit and ice cream.
