A completely natural Balsamic Glaze made of cooked grape must only that aged in oak barrels for 18 months. 0,5% carob extract (a com- pletely natural product) is added to give it a viscous texture. This is probably the only Balsamic Glaze you will find that contains completely natural products only. No sugar, cornstarch, glucose, caramel, food coloring added!
