The Acetaia Paltrinieri has been producing Balsamic Vinegar ("Aceto Balsamico" in Italian) for 5 generations now, and belongs to one of the best producers in the world.

A careful selection of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes cultivated on the farm of the producer determines the taste of this classic Balsamic Vinegar PGI which aged in oak barrels for 3 years.

It has a sweet taste, coupled with a mild acidity, and is a perfect dressing for salads and raw vegetables.

A little goes a long way: Only a few drops are sufficient to refine a dish or salad dressing. All Balsamic Vinegar are therefore very economical in use!
